Yesterday I had the honor of being the photographer for my friends Verbal Threat as they opened up for DJ Premier. This isn’t my first time being the photographer for them so I kinda had a jump on what I was going to shoot. Anyway enjoy the photos.

I gotta post up this video for my homies Verbal Threat that killed the show last night at The El Rey Theater in LA. Real hip hop aint dead its just covered up by all this wack Wacka Flocka generation.

Damn this boy is talented and I hope he can keep continuing on with this positive attitude. Almost everyone knows what happened to him a few years ago and that could have seriously landed him in jail and that talent go to waste. I personally don’t with what he did but who are we to judge we have to let god do that. Check out the dance moves and then watch it again because his talent is crazy.

Just found this video today on another blog and you know I had to post. If you know me you know that Im a big J. Cole fan and missed the opportunity to see him perform live this past weekend at Big Bear, but I came across this music video he did while touring in France. The video was shot live and is really clean I like what the producer did with it and by the looks of it I think they used a Canon HDSLR since it seems like the best thing to use nowadays. This weeks TT is from Outkast. Outkast is from the dirty south Atlanta Georgia and brought a completely different sound to the hip hop world and now are concentrating on their solo careers. Andre 3000 has become a pretty big name in the acting world while Big Boi is still rapping and putting out solo records. Since Rihanna changed her good girl image I new from the get go she was into S&M because I heard rumors she was into rough sex and everything that comes along with fetish sex. If the leather pants and provocative outfits in her video weren’t convincing enought, she decided to make a song and video for something she takes pleasure in. To be honest when I first heard the song I thought it was gonna be an instant club track even tho so people may not like the content in the song, but who listens to lyrics nowadays. Enjoy!

Throwback Thursday deserves 2 videos just on the principle both of these are classics and still get played til this very day. This first video brings me back to the days of no worries and my sisters making me watch BET to record the latest videos on VHS tapes from BBD, New Edition, Boys II Men, ABC, etc…
